Tom's Wednesday Leadership thoughts on Trust in Leadership

If you have been part of an organization, then you have taken part in a trust fall or in building trust and reliability with your team.  Trust is so important for the leader.  We know we are not going to be perfect leaders.  Our people do not expect perfection, but they do expect they can trust us.   Today we will look to the Law of Solid Ground as we tackle people trusting our leadership.
