Henry Ford’s vision was to get cars into the people’s hands by having it available to the average American worker.  He was extremely successful.  However, there is a story that Maxwell tells when workers surprised Ford by making some modifications on his Model T car.  The story is told that Ford saw the car, ripped the doors off the hinges and destroyed the entire car with his bare hands.   He didn’t want anyone modifying his car.

What can we learn from this story about Henry Ford and the Law of Empowerment?
